Yummy Poke Bowls!

even tastier when it's homemade ~

For my poke bowl, I don't use raw salmon because I don't want to risk getting sick. I usually pan fry or use my air fryer to cook the salmon. As for the rice, you can use regular white rice. If you want the rice to be like sushi rice, you can add some vinegar. Ingredients in my bowl are rice, salmon, avocado, corn, edamame, imitation crab, cucumber, fried onions, tobiko and spicy mayo.

I get the imitation crab, edamame, fried onions, and tobiko from my asian supermarket! If you don't have one, you can get all those ingredients at your local market. Just leave out the tobiko as it is not necessary for the bowl anyway!

The spicy mayo I make at home too. Just mix mayo and sriracha together. Add more sriracha if you want it spicier.
