Banana bread! Delicious and maybe healthy...
Click here to see the recipe we used to make this bread. I used only half the amount of sugar she recommended and I used only all purpose flower. To add some crunch, I used slice almonds I found in my pantry. This recipe works for the oven and the air fryer. Though, I preferred the traditional method of the oven because it cooked more even and made it fluffier. The air fryer dried out the bread more and I ended up needing to flip the bread over to cook it more evenly.
